JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly creative, skilled, and experienced Senior Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling visual content for social media, brand promotions, advertisements, corporate videos, reels, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and content optimization for digital platforms. This role requires someone who can independently manage the post-production process while collaborating with the creative, content, and marketing teams to produce engaging, high-quality videos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and advertising campaigns.
- Create engaging promotional videos, brand films, product videos, corporate content, and social media creatives.
- Manage the complete post-production workflow, including video editing, color grading, audio enhancement, and final rendering.
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, subtitles, and animations to improve content quality.
- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
- Understand project briefs, scripts, and brand guidelines to deliver impactful visual storytelling.
- Optimize video content for various digital platforms and advertising requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual quality, and editing style across all projects.
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and content libraries efficiently.
- Review and improve footage quality through color correction, sound balancing, and visual enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, viral content formats, social media trends, and video production techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Senior Video Editor, Motion Graphics Editor, or Post-Production Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Excellent understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.
- Experience in editing reels, short-form content, promotional videos, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of color grading, audio editing, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ability to create visually appealing content aligned with current social media trends.
- Understanding of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and platform-specific requirements.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and lead editing projects from concept to completion.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and animation will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with digital marketing or creative agencies will be preferred.
