Profile Opening Brief
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, a strong understanding of modern web technologies, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The role involves developing scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to high-quality software delivery
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks
Build and integrate backend APIs and services
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and project managers to implement features
Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, bug fixing, feature enhancements, application maintenance and performance optimization
Work with databases and ensure efficient data handling
Integrate third-party APIs and services where required
Participate in code reviews and implement feedback. Ensure application security, scalability, and performance standards are followed
Maintain version control and follow CI/CD workflows
Contribute to testing and quality assurance processes
Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends
Assist in estimating development tasks and meeting project timelines. Document technical implementation details where required
Ability to work in a collaborative and process-driven environment
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Typescript
Basic to intermediate backend development knowledge in Node.js / Python / PHP
Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows. Understanding of deployment processes and cloud platforms is a plus
Knowledge of responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
