Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement engaging lesson plans focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Creative Engagement: Utilize modern pedagogical tools and interactive methods to make literature and poetry come alive.
- Holistic Development: Mentor students in public speaking, creative writing, and literary events.
- Assessment: Evaluate student progress through diverse formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Post-Graduate/Graduate in English (M.A./B.A.) with a B.Ed. from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience teaching Middle School English in a reputed institution.
- Skills:
- Exceptional command of the English language (written and oral).
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom (Smart Boards, Educational Apps).
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
