Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Backend, and Management teams. Candidates with real estate industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's CRM system.
- Ensure accurate lead allocation, lead tracking, and sales pipeline management.
- Monitor CRM usage and ensure process compliance across departments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Backend, and Management teams.
- Provide CRM training, onboarding, and user support.
- Resolve CRM-related issues promptly and coordinate with CRM vendors when required.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for management.
- Improve CRM workflows, automation, and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage user access, permissions, and CRM data accuracy.
- Analyze business requirements and implement CRM process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of relevant CRM experience.
- Real Estate domain experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as:
- Sell.Do
- Salesforce
- Zoho CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- HubSpot CRM
- Strong knowledge of CRM implementation, customization, and administration.
- Experience in Lead Management, Customer Management, Sales Pipeline, Follow-up Management, Reports, Dashboards, Workflow Automation, and User Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in user training, CRM adoption, and process compliance.
Technical Skills
- CRM implementation and process optimization.
- Workflow automation and business process mapping.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- User access and permission management.
- CRM reports and dashboard creation.
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Power BI (Preferred).
- Integration knowledge such as WhatsApp, Telephony, Email, and APIs is an added advantage.
