Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for interior fit-
out, commercial, residential, and healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
Source materials and obtain quotations from vendors.
Compare rates and negotiate pricing.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up on material deliveries and pending orders.
Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements.
Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
Ensure timely material availability at project sites.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Knowledge of construction and interior materials preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
