Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing team.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening IT candidates
✅ Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring models
✅ Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Experience working with direct clients/vendors is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify suitable IT candidates for US requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
- Achieve daily and weekly submission targets
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Work Model:
- Initially Remote
- Later Work from Office (Coimbatore)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore)
