Job Description
Responsible for supporting and independently managing architectural design development, working drawings, and project coordination for large-scale and time-sensitive projects, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale architectural projects (minimum 50,000 sq. ft.)
- Work on hospitality, residential, and landmark architectural projects.
- Create ergonomic and climate-responsive design solutions.
- Prepare and manage detailed working drawings and design documentation.
- Ensure seamless integration of design elements, construction materials, and execution methods.
- Develop and present architectural presentations and design proposals.
- Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support project execution while ensuring design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.
KPIs•
Timely completion of design deliverables.
- Accuracy and quality of working drawings and design documentation.
- Effective coordination with consultants, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Reduction in design revisions and execution-related issues.
- Compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and design intent.
Qualifications & Experience•
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Experience in residential, hospitality, and large-scale architectural projects.
- Experience handling projects of minimum 50,000 sq. ft.
Skills & Requirements•
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and Indian architectural styles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD) for 2D drafting and working drawings.
- Hands-on experience with SketchUp and 3D rendering tools.
- Ability to create 3D models from 2D AutoCAD drawings and hand sketches.
- Sound understanding of construction materials, detailing, and execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentations and visual communication.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate effectively with teams.
- High attention to detail and design quality.
Preferred Skills•
Working knowledge of Vastu principles and traditional construction materials.
- Experience in large residential, hospitality, or iconic architectural projects.
- Awareness of current architectural trends and evolving design practices.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
