Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's portfolio
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall branch's performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the branch
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Proficient in using various banking systems and tools to provide efficient and accurate customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the branch
