Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Online Marketer / Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand visibility, managing paid campaigns, and improving overall marketing performance through strategic online advertising and audience targeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Set up and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Track ad performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of ad spend.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign creatives.
- Generate campaign reports and provide performance insights.
- Stay updated with market trends, platform updates, and digital advertising strategies.
- Assist in planning promotional and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in online advertising and campaign management preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, pixels, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of lead funnels and conversion optimization.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Campaign conversion rates and engagement performance.
- Budget utilization efficiency.
- Growth in reach, traffic, and campaign performance.
- Timely execution and optimization of campaigns.
Reporting To:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
