Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and prepare books of accounts from foundation.
- Prepare financial statements in time, Handle monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely financial reporting.
- Knowledge of finalization of books of accounts.
- Willing to travel to clients office for accounting work
- Reinforce financial data confidentially and conduct database back up when necessary.
- Manage with affiliates with working knowledge of applicable accounting standards and applicable tax laws.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in Compliance returns filling i.e. GST Returns, TDS Returns, ITR
- Experience in Cloud Accounting Software like QuickBooks, ZOHO Books
- Experience in Tally EPR accounting of PLC, LLP, OPC, Partnerships and Proprietorships in sector of Service Providers, Manufacturers and Traders ETC.
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum experience of 2-5 years in the relevant industry.
