The F&B Team Leader is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the cinema café and concession counters, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, hygiene, and efficient team performance while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the café and concession counters.
- Lead, motivate, and support F&B team members during shifts.
- Ensure fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Monitor food preparation, product quality, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene as per company policies.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures of the café.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and POS transactions accurately.
- Train new employees on SOPs, customer service, and food safety standards.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and theatre operations teams for smooth functioning.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering, Hospitality, or any Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a cinema, café, restaurant, hotel, or food court.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
