- Store Hygiene: Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and food-safety standards.
- Operations Compliance: Ensure daily operations follow Bruno’s SOPs, checklists and brand standards.
- Manpower Management: Manage rosters, attendance, deployment, discipline and team performance.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock, FIFO, wastage, consumption and stock variances.
- Audits: Conduct regular hygiene, operational and inventory audits and close audit gaps.
- Customer Experience: Monitor service quality and handle customer complaints.
- Daily Operations: Oversee opening, closing, peak-hour operations and smooth outlet functioning.
- Cost Control: Monitor wastage, food cost, manpower utilisation and controllable expenses.
- Maintenance: Identify equipment/maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Reporting: Maintain daily operational reports and share key issues with management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
