Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and post-service follow-up
- Capture, track, and nurture incoming leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels
- Clearly explain dermatology procedures, packages, and pricing to clients
- Drive clinic sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Maintain strong client communication and provide personalized consultation support
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, doctors, and internal teams
- Enhance overall client experience and satisfaction during clinic visits
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
- Oversee basic inventory management related to sales (products, consumables, etc.)
- Support team coordination and management for smooth clinic operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years experience in clinic / aesthetic / healthcare sales
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Customer-first mindset with a presentable personality
- Ability to handle clients, targets & operations efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client relationships with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of aesthetic/dermatology procedures (preferred)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in clinic/hospital/aesthetic sales
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness industry is a plus
- Target-driven and proactive mindset
- Presentable and confident personality
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
