About the Role
Bry-Air is looking for an experienced and proactive Deputy Manager – Marketing to lead and execute the company's offline marketing initiatives globally. The role primarily focuses on planning and managing international exhibitions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities that support business growth.
This position requires excellent project management, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination skills to deliver impactful offline marketing campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Global Exhibition Management (60%)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in over 100 global exhibitions annually.
- Manage end-to-end exhibition logistics, including venue bookings, booth space reservations, stall design, branding, and promotional material.
- Coordinate with exhibition organizers, agencies, vendors, freight partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor exhibition budgets, vendor payments, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Ensure timely shipment and availability of marketing collateral and display materials.
- Maintain exhibition calendars and post-event reports, including ROI analysis and lead tracking.
2. Offline Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns aligned with product and business objectives.
- Coordinate the development and printing of brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners, standees, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all offline marketing initiatives.
- Support product launches through effective offline promotional activities.
3. Product Marketing Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Product Managers, Sales Teams, and the Marketing Team.
- Translate product strategies and sales targets into actionable offline marketing plans.
- Coordinate with product teams for technical content, product literature, and campaign requirements.
- Ensure marketing activities effectively support business and sales goals.
4. Vendor & Budget Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with exhibition agencies, printers, fabrication partners, and other marketing vendors.
- Track marketing budgets, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Procurement, Finance, and regional marketing teams.
- Coordinate with international offices to ensure successful execution of global exhibitions and events.
- Support internal events, customer seminars, dealer meets, and technical conferences.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare exhibition calendars, marketing reports, and budget utilization reports.
- Analyze exhibition performance, lead generation, and event effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements for future marketing initiatives based on data and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Event Marketing, Exhibition Management, or B2B Marketing.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, HVAC, or capital equipment companies will be preferred.
- Experience managing international exhibitions is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
