Job Title: Back Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and other departments for daily activities.
- Prepare reports, MIS, quotations, invoices, and presentations as required.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel and company software.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding pending tasks.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office documentation.
- Assist in order processing, purchase orders, and inventory-related documentation.
- Maintain customer and vendor databases.
- Schedule meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Support management with administrative and coordination activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reports.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc. preferred).
- MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
