Senior Technical Executive (Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of mechanical systems, compressors, motors, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance effectively.
- Maintain proper alignment of motors, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams for minimizing downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and machine history.
- Monitor spare parts requirement and inventory.
- Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed properly.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance Process.
- Strong understanding of Compressor Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Motor Alignment and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Good problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in maintenance field.
- Educational Qualification: B-tech / Diploma / Any Graduation.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred.

- Responsible and technically sound professional.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Good team handling and coordination capability.
