We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer who can understand industrial processes, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions and proposals
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
- Actively follow up on leads, enquiries, and ensure timely closure of opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company offerings
- Travel to Domestic/International markets to attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales reports
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Machine Manufacturing / Pharma Machine Manufacturing
- Diploma or Graduation in any Engineering field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Technical understanding of process systems
- Pharma/process industry exposure preferred
- Self-driven and growth-oriented mindset
