JD:
- Basic Mechanical Engineering aspects, technologies, standards etc.
- Design knowledge of Structural material , sheet metal, GD&T etc.
- Selection of Mechanical equipments, study of feasibility, availability for required application.
- Create design ideas, based on application into technical plans for prototypes using design tool, viz 3D Software tool - Solid edge, and 2D Software tool - AutoCAD or equivalent.
- Calculation related to welding, structural material thickness selection etc.
- Preparation of Bill of materials related to specific projects.
- Design input data collection.
- Basic knowledge of Gears.
- Basic knowledge of Power packs viz., Diesel Engine, Hydraulic Transmission, Clutch, Axle Drives etc., (will be an added advantage).
Education: B.E. / Diploma ( Mechanical ) with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Heavy Engineering Industry.
