Position - Telecaller cum Document Specialist

Job Purpose
The Telecaller cum Document Specialist will support student enrolment and program operations by conducting telecalling and mobilization activities to reach potential students and partner colleges. The role also involves verifying, organizing, and maintaining student documentation and records. The position ensures smooth coordination between mobilization, admissions, and administrative processes while maintaining accurate data using tools such as MS Excel.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential students and partner colleges to promote training programs and support admissions.
● Provide information about available courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
● Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates to encourage enrolment. ● Support community and college mobilization activities to increase student participation. ● Collect, verify, and organize student admission documents as per program requirements. ● Maintain proper records of student data and documentation.
● Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and stored securely. ● Maintain student and admission data using MS Excel.
● Update call records, student information, and documentation status regularly. ● Prepare basic reports related to admissions, documentation, and outreach activities. ● Provide administrative support for training programs when required.
Required Skills
● Good communication and telecalling skills.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
● Strong attention to detail for document verification and record management. ● Good organizational and coordination skills.
● Ability to interact effectively with students and educational institutions.
Educational Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
