Airoza Travels is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Senior Global Visa Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international visa procedures, embassy requirements, and documentation for multiple destinations. This role involves independently managing end-to-end visa applications while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete visa processing for various countries across tourist, business, visit, and other visa categories.
- Review, verify, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of client documentation before submission.
- Advise clients on visa eligibility, documentation requirements, application procedures, and expected processing timelines.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS centers, and other relevant authorities to facilitate visa applications.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients throughout the process.
- Stay informed about the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and embassy guidelines across global destinations.
- Handle complex visa-related queries and provide practical, customer-centric solutions.
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Deliver a high level of customer service by ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and prompt communication at every stage.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in global visa processing within the travel, tourism, or visa services industry.
- Strong understanding of international visa procedures, documentation requirements, and embassy processes for major destinations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple visa applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online visa application portals.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing visa regulations and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
