**Position: Executive Chef Manager** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations and culinary team. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of **Arabic, Chinese, Indian, and South Indian cuisines** and possess strong leadership, training, and cost-control skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. * Develop and standardize recipes, menu items, and portion controls. * Train, mentor, and supervise chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency. * Monitor food costs, labor costs, and kitchen expenses to achieve targeted profitability. * Implement proper inventory management, stock control, and purchasing procedures. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Coordinate with management to introduce new menu concepts and improve operational performance. * Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and development programs. * Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive working environment within the kitchen. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Chef Manager in a multi-cuisine restaurant or hospitality environment. * Strong expertise in Arabic, Chinese, Indian, and South Indian cuisine. * Excellent knowledge of food costing, budgeting, inventory control, and kitchen management. * Strong leadership, communication, and staff training abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple kitchen operations effectively. * Passion for culinary excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
