SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager / AGM – Human Resources to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to ensure timely hiring while supporting key HR initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. - Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networking. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit. - Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring managers and business stakeholders. - Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities. - Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards. Stakeholder Management - Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment and HR support. - Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports to management.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle - Support and manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities. - Ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately. Performance Management & Employee Relations - Support performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and performance tracking. - Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining positive employee relations. - Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives. Learning & Development - Coordinate training and development programs for employees. - Identify learning needs in collaboration with business leaders and HR teams. - Support organizational development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities. HR Reporting & MIS - Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and MIS reports. - Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring efficiency. - Prepare periodic HR reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. EXPERIENCE- 8–12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Proven experience handling leadership and lateral hiring across multiple functions. - Experience in stakeholder management and recruitment strategy.
