Key Responsibilities* Manage day-to-day egg processing, grading, packing and production activities as per production plan. Ensure smooth operation of egg washing, sorting, grading, packing, coding and related equipment. Monitor production targets, output, packability, material usage and product changeovers. Manage raw material, packaging material, finished goods and production-related material movement. Ensure proper handling and segregation of broken, damaged, rejected and re-run eggs. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Dispatch and other departments for smooth operations. Manage manpower deployment and ensure adequate manpower availability across production activities. Monitor production records, stock, wastage and other operational parameters. Ensure proper handling of liquid egg and production waste as per defined procedures. Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, GMP and food safety standards across the production area. Ensure proper shift handover and timely communication of production-related issues. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements and quality standards. Support loading, dispatch and finished-goods movement whenever required. Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
