Job Overview
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, estimation, cost control, billing, and project documentation. Experience in building construction projects is preferred.
Requirements
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing labour and material bills, as well as contracts.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing.
Good communication and analytical skills.
