Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and strategic thinker capable of transforming complex business challenges into compelling brand strategies and client-winning presentations. Working directly with agency leadership and founders, the selected candidate will serve as a bridge between raw market data and creative execution.
This is a high-ownership role offering direct exposure to founders and senior leadership. Exceptional performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights analysis to define distinct brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
2. Pitch & Proposal Development
Analyze and interpret client briefs, translating them into structured, persuasive strategic narratives. Lead the development of visually engaging, data-backed pitch decks for prospective and existing accounts.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, content, performance marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure strategic frameworks transition smoothly into impactful campaign execution.
4. Client Presentation & Advisory
Participate in new business pitches and project steering calls, presenting campaign mechanics, strategic insights, and brand solutions directly to client stakeholders and senior leadership.
5. Trends & Frameworks
Continuously track global consumer behavior trends, emerging digital platform dynamics, and industry shifts to develop thought leadership material and proprietary frameworks that support agency growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Data Structuring & Abstract Thinking: Proven ability to take highly ambiguous, unstructured, or abstract data points and map them into a logical, coherent, and linear strategic framework.
- Rigorous Research & Synthesis: Advanced proficiency in market research and competitor benchmarking, with the analytical sharpness to extract non-obvious insights and actionable consumer motivations rather than merely summarizing available information.
- Strategic Storytelling & Deck Craftsmanship: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides to build clean, persuasive, and well-structured pitch decks that translate complex data into a compelling narrative arc.
- High-Ownership Pitching: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly, pitch strategic recommendations confidently, and defend them to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience crafting strategic academic presentations, participating in corporate case study competitions, or previous exposure to an agency environment is highly valued.
- Familiarity with brand strategy frameworks, consumer behavior theory, or digital marketing fundamentals is an advantage.
Success Metrics
- Structural quality, visual execution, and logical flow of completed pitch decks and strategic deliverables.
- Demonstrated ownership, responsiveness, and turnaround speed when handling active client briefs.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
