About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Embedded Firmware Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with hardware and software engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware solutions for a range of cutting-edge products. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle — from initial concept through to mass production — playing a key part in building the next generation of embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers (MCUs) and microprocessors
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure firmware integrates seamlessly with hardware components and peripherals
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code following industry best practices for embedded systems
- Conduct debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of firmware on target hardware platforms
- Optimize firmware for performance, memory footprint, and power consumption
- Perform system-level debugging and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews to uphold high-quality deliverables
- Develop and maintain firmware documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals
- Support cross-functional teams across prototyping, validation, and mass production phases
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the embedded systems space
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development
- Proficiency with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32, PIC, AVR, NXP, or similar)
- Strong command of C / C++ for embedded environments
- Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, or USB
- Familiarity with DSP based MCUs is a plus.
- Basic understanding of hardware schematics and datasheets
- Solid debugging skills using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD debuggers
- Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Nice to Have
- Experience with low-power design techniques
- Exposure to IoT protocols (MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi)
- Knowledge of medical device or industrial firmware standards is a bonus

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
