Position: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process

Employment Type: 3-Month Contractual Position

Job Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide effective customer support with a customer-oriented approach.
Eligibility
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th) Pass.
- Freshers and candidates with 12+ months BPO experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- No planned leave during the first 3 months after joining.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹2.05 LPA | Take-home approx. ₹12,442/month
- Experienced: ₹2.30 LPA | Take-home approx. ₹14,501/month
Shift & Working Days
- 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- 10-hour shift including 1-hour break.
- Operations shift between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
- Night shifts may apply during training.
