Manager – Wayanad
We are looking for an energetic, talented, and hardworking Manager to join our team in Wayanad.
Our go-karting facility offers an exciting motorsport experience, featuring a scenic mountain race track located amidst beautiful tea plantations and hills, with easy access from the highway.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the go-kart track.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team.
- Set daily goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain operational efficiency and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational planning.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Active, responsible, and hardworking personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in operations, hospitality, recreation, or facility management is preferred
