Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a creative and customer-focused Gift Designer & Assistant Corporate Gifting Manager to design premium gift hampers while assisting with corporate gifting enquiries, quotations, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gift presentation, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and arrange premium gift hampers for corporate and retail customers.
- Create attractive gift presentations using decorative materials and premium packaging.
- Ensure all gift hampers meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
- Recommend creative gift combinations based on customer requirements, budget, and occasion.
- Develop new gift concepts and seasonal collections.
- Handle corporate gifting enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and explain customization options, branding, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, packing, and delivery teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Maintain enquiry records, quotations, and customer information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Support exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and corporate gifting events.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with a passion for gift designing and premium presentation.
- Strong customer service, sales, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Experience in gift designing, corporate gifting, retail sales, customer service, or event coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with creativity, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
