*We Are Hiring: Shadow Teacher*
*Location:* Hesaraghatta, Bangalore
*Timings:* 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
*Salary:* ₹20,000/- per month
*About the Role*
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to support children with special needs in a school setting. You will work one-on-one with a student to help them integrate into the classroom, follow instructions, manage behavior, and achieve learning goals.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Provide one-on-one support to the student during school hours
- Assist with academic tasks, classroom activities, and social interactions
- Implement strategies suggested by the special educator/therapist
- Maintain daily observation reports and share feedback with parents and the team
- Promote independence and confidence in the child
*Requirements*
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology, Special Education
- Preferred: Experience as a shadow teacher or special educator
- Skills: Patience, empathy, good communication, and classroom management
- Must be comfortable commuting to Hesaraghatta daily
