Key Responsibilities
· Handle incoming/outgoing leads and also present and explain property details to prospective clients.
· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
· Conduct site visits and property tours.
· Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
· Develop new business opportunities through brokers, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners/Builders
· Explore new markets and expansion opportunities.
· Provide post-sales support and coordination with both parties and internal teams.
· Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, and competitors and Visit New Building to maintain fresh inventory.
· Assist in pricing strategies, promotional plans/activities and planning marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance during sales process.
· Coordinate with Marketing team to promote projects via offline, social media and online portals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
