Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our real estate team in Indore. The candidate will be stationed at our project site/colony office and will be responsible for attending walk-in clients, explaining project details, managing customer inquiries, and professionally pitching our real estate products and services.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a professional personality, and an interest in customer interaction and real estate sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend walk-in clients at the real estate project site/colony office
- Provide complete information about plots, projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and ongoing offers
- Explain site layouts, project plans, and other real estate-related details to customers
- Conduct and coordinate site visits for interested clients
- Pitch and promote company real estate projects professionally to prospective buyers
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain visitor records and customer databases
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and client conversions
- Schedule meetings and site visits for potential customers
- Ensure proper customer handling and provide a positive client experience at the site
- Regularly follow up with interested customers and maintain communication
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at the front desk
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in front desk, customer support, telecalling, or sales (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Comfortable interacting with clients and handling customer queries
