Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and manage the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
Onboarding & Induction
- Complete employee documentation and background verification.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate joining formalities and HR system updates.
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Update employee records, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance issues.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
- Collect and verify payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries.
Statutory Compliance
- Support compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Assist in maintaining records related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory documentation and audits.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when required.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
- Track probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Maintain performance-related documentation.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and feedback.
- Assist in identifying employee learning needs.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlement documentation.
- Ensure completion of clearance formalities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations, and employee relations is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Full-time depending on company policy.
- May require occasional travel for recruitment drives, training sessions, or employee engagement activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
