A premium upcoming boutique hotel with 50 Rooms, 2 Restaurants, Conference Hall, and Banquet Lawn (200–250 Guests) is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining experiences and provide outstanding guest service.
Location: Sector 132, Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: 20000-30000 (Benefits additional)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and assist guests with recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests, feedback, and concerns.
- Prepare, set, and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Process guest bills accurately through the POS system.
- Assist with restaurant opening, closing, and side-duty activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service standards.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
