Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Build strong relationships with candidate
Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and customer relationship management abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in education counseling or admissions is preferred.
