We are looking for an experienced MS D365 F&O Functional Solution Architect to lead ERP transformation initiatives, drive solution design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and business-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct scoping, requirement gathering, and design workshops with stakeholders.
- Guide Functional Consultants and Technical teams in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals while minimizing customizations and technical debt.
- Collaborate with ERP Lead Solution Architects, Business Leaders, IT teams, and end users.
- Create clear functional and solution design documentation.
- Support agile delivery teams across multiple locations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with target architecture.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience in ERP/D365 implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance Module).
- Expertise in functional solution architecture and business process transformation.
- Strong understanding of fit-to-standard processes and solution optimization.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with Microsoft technologies.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
