- Itinerary Design: Create personalized travel packages for sectors of West bengal
- Sales Management: Handle inquiries via CRM and convert leads through expert destination consultation.
- Operations: Coordinate logistics with hotels, transporters, and local guides to ensure seamless delivery.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests "on-tour," ensuring 5-star service standards.
