About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Sales & Service Representatives for ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment. The role involves installation, demonstration, technical support, preventive maintenance, and sales promotion of ophthalmic products at hospitals, eye clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training for doctors and hospital staff.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
- Coordinate with hospitals, eye clinics, and healthcare institutions for service requirements.
- Promote and support sales activities for ophthalmic products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of customer visits.
- Travel within Raipur, Bhilai, and Durg for service and sales-related activities.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Biomedical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Other related technical disciplines
- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) may also be considered.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, or biomedical equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales & service, medical equipment servicing, healthcare devices, or technical field support will be preferred.

- Candidates currently based in Raipur, Bhilai, or Durg.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
