Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end service delivery and client relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
