Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our fashion retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, policy implementation, and maintaining a positive workplace culture aligned with the brand’s vision and retail goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, corporate office, and warehouse staff.
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives and retail expansion plans.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support career development programs.
- Organize staff training programs focused on customer service, grooming, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS data.
- Collaborate with store managers to manage manpower planning and workforce productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and retail workforce management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion retail, apparel, lifestyle, or luxury retail brands preferred.
- Knowledge of retail staffing patterns and store operations is an advantage.
Experience
- 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fashion industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
