Production Supervisor – Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing daily production operations to achieve targets with high efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production plan and meet output targets
- Allocate work and supervise shop floor workers
- Monitor production, quality, and machine performance
- Ensure availability of materials and avoid delays
- Coordinate with QC, stores, and maintenance teams
- Maintain daily production and downtime reports
- Ensure discipline, safety, and process adherence
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/Mechanical background
- 2–5 years production experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
