- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and objectives.
- Assist in the development of annual and long-term business plans.
- Evaluate existing strategies and recommend improvements or new initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Perform SWOT analysis and assess business strengths and weaknesses.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve goals.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Resource Allocation:
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal allocation of resources for strategic projects.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Engage with external stakeholders (consultants, partners, etc.) for strategic collaborations.
- Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and oversee strategic projects from ideation to execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting quality standards.
Education:
- Masters degree in Business Administration from Tier2/3 Schools
- 0-2 yrs experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
