The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests. Your primary goal is to provide a warm welcome, manage bookings efficiently, and ensure that every guest’s journey—from the moment they walk in until they leave—is seamless and relaxing.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and offer refreshments.
- Provide a detailed tour of the spa facilities if needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage the booking calendar using spa management software.
- Coordinate therapist schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Send appointment reminders and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
- Transactions & Sales:
- Process payments (Cash, Credit Cards, Digital Wallets).
- Promote and sell spa memberships, packages, and retail products (Upselling).
- Manage gift voucher sales and redemptions.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate guest records and intake forms.
- Ensure the reception, waiting area, and retail displays are clean and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-desk supplies and retail items.

- 12th and graduation computer Knowledge
