Handle customer queries via chat
Resolve issues and provide accurate information
Maintain customer satisfaction and chat quality
Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate
Good written communication skills (English)
Good typing speed (30–40 WPM)
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
Freshers with good communication skills will be considered
