Job Summary
An on-site role dedicated to supervising physical construction, mechanical assembly, alignment of machinery, and leading the safe, phased commissioning of the Bio-CNG plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Erection Supervision: Oversee the installation of digester tanks, dome membranes, agitators, purification skids, and heavy gas compressors.
- Quality Checking: Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) like radiography on pipe welding, and manage hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure testing of gas lines.
- Biological Seeding Support: Coordinate the initial culture/seeding of the digester using cow dung or active anaerobic sludge to kickstart biogas production.
- Commissioning Trials: Conduct water trial runs, gradually introduce raw gas, test flaring mechanisms, and steadily ramp up the gas upgrading system to reach stable Bio-CNG production.
Key Technical Skills & Software
- Software: Basic AutoCAD viewer, MS Excel.
- Core Skills: Reading engineering blueprints, machinery alignment, field troubleshooting, and hands-on mechanical execution.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
