Position: Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager
Company is engaged in the supply of industrial pneumatic products including:
- Air Compressors
- Vacuum Pumps
- Pneumatic Components & Tools
- PIN / Laser Marking Systems
- Custom Built / Special Purpose Systems
- High Pressure Testing Systems
- Import Substitute Equipment
- Industrial Piping Contracts (Air, Gas, Chilled Water, HVAC, Industrial Water Line & Fire Fighting)
- O&M for Industrial Utility Services
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / Diploma / ITI – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
- Experience in Industrial Product Sales / Automation / Pneumatics will be an added advantage
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial sales experience
Required Skill Set
- Knowledge of Air Compressors, Dryers, Chillers, AHU, Vacuum Systems, Gas Generators
- Understanding of Tools & Tackers, Mechatronics & Safety
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial offers
- Knowledge of B2B & B2C Sales
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet browsing)
- Must have 2/4 wheeler with valid driving license
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong interpersonal relationships with customers
- Generate enquiries and convert them into leads and orders
- Achieve sales targets in assigned territory
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with logistics, backend, service department and clients until commissioning and full payment closure
- Conduct sales presentations
- Follow-up on payments and statutory documentation
- Submit monthly visit reports and business projections
- Track competitor activities and update product knowledge
- Handle team responsibilities (if assigned)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
