Operations Head – GD Farm Fresh
Role
We are looking for an Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of GD Farm Fresh and ensure smooth, efficient business functioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, stock, and product quality.
- Coordinate orders, packing, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Manage vendors and delivery partners.
- Handle customer queries and operational issues.
- Track sales, purchases, inventory, and expenses.
- Maintain hygiene and operational standards.
- Identify issues and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in operations, retail, FMCG, grocery, food, or a related field.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
