Job Summary:
The CNC Machine Operator – Packing is responsible for operating and monitoring automatic packing machines used for chilli powder and spice packaging. The role includes machine setup, production monitoring, quality checking and ensuring smooth packing operations with minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC/automatic packing machines for chilli powder and spice packaging activities.
- Setting machine parameters such as pouch size, weight, sealing temperature and speed as per production requirements.
- Monitoring machine performance and ensuring smooth packing operations without interruption.
- Checking packing quality including sealing, weight accuracy, printing and pouch appearance.
- Loading packing materials such as pouches, rolls, labels and consumables into the machine.
- Identifying and rectifying minor machine issues during operation.
- Coordinating with maintenance team for breakdowns and major repairs.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene around packing machines and work area.
- Ensuring production targets are achieved with minimum wastage and rejection.
- Following food safety, hygiene and factory safety standards during operations.
- Maintaining daily production and machine operation records.
- Assisting during machine changeovers, calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of automatic/CNC packing machine operations
- Understanding of packing quality standards
- Ability to monitor machine settings and production flow
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in food industry
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification or relevant industrial experience.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
