Key Responsibilities
- Animation & Design: Conceptualize and produce 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and typography for various media like web, social platforms, and broadcast.
- Project Pipeline: Manage the entire project lifecycle—from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to editing, rendering, and final output.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, creative, and video production teams to ensure compelling, cohesive visual storytelling.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, while keeping up-to-date with emerging industry design trends.
- Asset Management: Organize, archive, and maintain digital assets and libraries for future use and easy access. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Core Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D.
- Foundational Design: Exceptional understanding of composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, typography, and foundational animation principles.
- Communication: Ability to take creative briefs and clearly explain visual concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Portfolio: A highly creative demo reel showcasing a diverse range of stylistic approaches and high-quality animation work.
