Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality work, and coordinate with labor and contractors at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and construction work
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Manage labour, materials, and site resources efficiently
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily reports
- Ensure safety standards and quality control on site
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors
- Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-6 years of site supervision experience
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and materials
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience in residential / commercial / industrial projects
- Strong problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
